A man was arrested after a crash in East Kilbride. Police seek others involved in the disturbance.

The Daily Record reported police investigating the area the day after the crash. Detectives want to find other people who were also involved in the incident. A local woman, Pauline Jones, heard sirens.
Pauline Jones explained the sirens had startled her because the street is usually quiet, and nothing much usually happens there. She added that police suddenly came with loud sirens and taped off half the street.
Many police cars parked in the middle of the road. Detectives walked around outside, but they did not tell residents what happened. Because of the police tape, people could not leave the area easily.
Police Scotland said they got the call around 11:40 am reporting a disturbance on Lochranza Drive in East Kilbride. Police arrested and charged a 41-year-old man because they think he was involved.
The man must appear in court later, and Hamilton Sheriff Court will handle the case. Police are actively trying to find more people because they think others were involved too. They will send a report to the Procurator Fiscal.
