A seagull got into a tricky situation in Dublin. It seemed confused and stuck. The bird was perched high on a street lamp. People noticed and became concerned quickly.

The Dublin Fire Brigade came to help, thankfully. The crew came from Dolphin’s Barn station. Firefighters rescued the bird from its high perch. They rescued the seagull last night.

The fire brigade shared photos of the exciting rescue. Firefighters used a long ladder to reach the bird. The ladder measured 10.5 meters. They freed the bird and brought it down safely.

The bird rested briefly before flying away.
The Dolphin’s Barn crew saved a cat last month. An unconscious cat was found during a fire in Ballyfermot. The fire crew discovered a cat named Biscuit.

This happened while they battled the blaze. Firefighter Carrick sprang into action. He gave Biscuit oxygen using a special mask. The oxygen mask was designed for pets. Biscuit recovered after ten minutes. The crew also saved a dog and a budgie. They were very brave during the fire.
