A wedding guest crashed into a bridge near Alnwick after drinking. He was arrested and banned from driving for 22 months.

Police saw blood on the airbag. Davies had head injuries too. His breath test result was 70mcg. The legal limit is 35mcg. He didn’t comment during questioning.
His lawyer said Davies had no prior record. He also suffers from depression. He pleaded guilty right away. The lawyer said this incident was unusual for him. Besides the ban, he got a fine of £120. He also needs to pay £120 in costs. A victim surcharge of £48 was also added.
