A driver high on cannabis was jailed for killing a father to be. He raced at twice the limit in Nottingham.

Ahmed was only 23. He had prior driving convictions. He drove over twice the speed limit. Parker wore high-visibility clothing. He walked near his home after work. Ahmed tested positive for cannabis after arrest.
Parker’s sister saw his body. She knew he would not wake up. He was close to home. She questioned why Ahmed didn’t stop.
