A family dog in Woodchurch, UK, attacked a man and woman after a hide and seek game, leaving them hospitalized.

Two people went to the hospital after the family dog attacked them. Police went to Sunflower Close just before midnight on Saturday, February 15, after people reported the attack.
Officers arrived to find the dog attacking a man who had many injuries. The dog also attacked a woman. Three children were in the house, and officers moved them to a safe room, closing the door.
The kids played hide and seek. The dog then got aggressive suddenly. Officers contained the dog and moved it outside, where it stayed until removal.
The owner gave up the dog, and it will be destroyed humanely. They are figuring out the dog breed. Both victims are in the hospital, and they have injuries that are not deadly.

Police said the kids played hide and seek when the dog growled at them, seemingly unprovoked. When the man tried to move the dog away, it attacked him viciously.
When the woman tried to stop the dog too, it attacked her as well. The dog acted dangerously out of control. Officers faced the situation bravely, stopping the attack and ensuring the kids’ safety first.
Officers contained and removed the dog, actions for which police should be commended. Their actions prevented more serious injuries, and medics could reach the injured folk and take them to the hospital.
