David Jubbs, 42, used threatening behavior in Exmouth on January 3, 2025. He pleaded guilty and must pay a £100 fine.

Jack Bennett, 39, sent offensive messages on January 2, 2025. He targeted Jess Philips. He pleaded guilty and got 28 weeks in jail. The court called the messages hateful and deplorable.

Presley Hallett, breached a restraining order in Exeter between January 18 and February 15, 2025. He pleaded guilty. He’ll be sentenced in crown court on March 18, 2025.

Edward Shiels, 32, possessed cocaine on December 13, 2024. He was at the Kings Arms Hotel in South Molton. He pleaded guilty. He got a 12-month community order and alcohol treatment is also required.

Luke Parkhouse, 39, assaulted a woman in Barnstaple, November 27, 2024. He also damaged a TV. He pleaded guilty and received 14 weeks in jail with a £200 payment required.

Danielle Johns, 29, assaulted a man on November 1, 2023 in Barnstaple. She pleaded guilty and received a 12-month conditional discharge.

Paul Johnson, 32, stole wine from a Co-op store on February 3, 2025. He committed other shoplifting offenses. He pleaded guilty and received twelve weeks in prison.

Jamie Bouchier, 36, stole olive oil from a Co-op store on July 26, 2024, in Exeter. He also shoplifted on four other occasions. He pleaded guilty, received fourteen weeks in prison, and must pay £321.

Noah Wild, 29, stole wine from a Co-op on December 25, 2024 in Exeter. He did other shoplifting too. He pleaded guilty and got 13 weeks jail time.

Nick Doran, 57, assaulted a man on December 16, 2024 in Sidmouth. He pleaded guilty. He must pay a £200 fine, and the compensation owed is £100.

Jeremy Porter, 37, breached a restraining order May 10, 2024. He sent a Facebook message in Saltash. He pleaded guilty and must pay £150.

Valderio Santos Almeida Junior, 50, stalked a woman in Barnstaple from March 1, 2024 to January 29, 2025. The victim feared violence. He pleaded guilty. The sentence is 24 weeks, suspended two years, and a restraining order was ordered.

Luke Moore, 23, stole from HMV in Exeter April 23, 2024. He shoplifted in Newton Abbot too. He must pay £367.

Kallol Karanjai, 41, drove while on drugs July 28, 2024. He had a knife and cocaine on the A30, near Honiton. Karanjai pleaded guilty. He died.

Dean Voaden, 42, drove under the influence on September 10, 2024 in Exeter. He pleaded guilty. Voaden lost his license for 18 months and must pay a £1,000 fine.

Daniel Bowden, 38, stalked a woman in Exeter between December 12, 2024, and January 14, 2025. He assaulted a woman in Tiverton on December 22, 2023. He pleaded guilty, received a two-year community order, rehabilitation days, and 80 hours of unpaid work.

Ross Norman, 32, stole laundry items from a Co-op in Dawlish on January 2, 2025. He shoplifted 13 more times and assaulted an emergency worker. He pleaded guilty and got 24 weeks in jail.

Liam Squire, 28, assaulted a police officer on January 31, 2025 in Great Torrington. He pleaded guilty, received a 12-month community order, and must do 80 hours of unpaid work. The compensation is £50.

Dean Camm, 58, assaulted a woman on October 11, 2024 in Barnstaple. He assaulted another woman in Barnstaple, November 24, 2023, causing actual bodily harm. He pleaded guilty and got 18 weeks prison time.

Christopher Lake, 49, used threatening words intending to cause distress, October 22, 2024. He directed his actions toward a man in Exeter. He pleaded guilty. His sentence is a six-month community order, and he must pay a £200 fine.

Benjamin Schnieder, 28, damaged Livewest’s door on March 16, 2024 in Torquay. He pleaded guilty. He must pay £250 and an £80 fine.

John West, 74, breached a restraining order on September 25, 2024 in Paignton. He did it on four other dates too. He pleaded not guilty, but was found guilty. His sentence is an 18-month conditional discharge.

Robert Stubberfield, 29, possessed a knife in public on January 28, 2024 on Fore Street, Exeter. He pleaded guilty and got 16 weeks custody, suspended for 12 months.

James Matthews, 34, had extreme pornographic images that were obscene on September 5, 2021, in Okehampton. He pleaded guilty, received a 12-month community order, and must do 100 hours unpaid work.

Christopher Brennan drove while on drugs on March 27, 2024 in Exeter. He pleaded guilty and got a 16-week suspended sentence for 18 months. He must do 100 hours of unpaid work.

Steven Ferguson, 44, assaulted a man causing actual harm June 23, 2024 in Exeter. He pleaded guilty, received 24 weeks suspended sentence for 18 months, has a 12-week curfew, and compensation comes to £300.
