A deer’s head found at a church spurs concerns of Satanic activity, echoing prior incidents in the New Forest area of Hampshire.

The church is called St Theresa’s. It’s located in Totton, Hampshire. The New Forest is a really pretty area. The head was placed next to an upside-down cross. Police came to investigate last week.
This isn’t the first time. Last month, another deer head was found near Lyndhurst outside St Michael’s Church. It makes people think there’s a pattern.
The church’s reverend joked about it, saying he’d rather have sausages. He wasn’t sure what to do with just a head. Police are looking into the incident and removed the animal remains.
The New Forest has seen similar events. Sheep were killed in May 2024, and a deer head sat on a gravestone then, too. In 2023, pig hearts showed up with candles. People patrol the area sometimes, hoping to deter any ritual activity.
Satanism is a belief system. Satan is the main focus.
