Police investigate Dartford Crossing after a woman in her 40s died in a Valentine’s Day pub shooting; car linked to crime recovered.

Kent police received a call at 7:02 PM on February 14 at Knockholt’s Three Horseshoes pub. People reported a problem there. Police and ambulance workers arrived and found a woman in her 40s with injuries resembling gunshot wounds.
Sadly, the woman died at the scene. Police started a murder investigation and notified her family about what happened.
To investigate further, police went to Dartford Crossing to recover a car and a gun linked to the shooting. They continue working to find everyone involved.
A guy ran away from the scene, and police are currently trying to find him as they still need to know all the details.
A police speaker stated that the man knew the woman and left the area. They are trying to find him and also seek all information regarding what occurred.
Witnesses told BBC that the woman was shot, though police haven’t confirmed that yet. A local official heard a big commotion outside the pub’s parking lot during dinner and learned someone had been shot and left.
The pub’s Facebook page announced it would close Saturday due to a “tragic incident” outside.
