Tributes pour in for woman killed in Co Derry crash. She is remembered for her kindness and care.

The accident involved two vehicles: a Seat Ibiza and a Toyota Hilux. This happened on Windyhill Road, Macosquin, in Co Derry, around 3:10 pm on Thursday. Police confirmed the Seat driver died on Friday morning.
Her name was Annie McWilliams, and she worked as a midwife.
A local dog daycare shared kind words, saying Annie was very kind and known through her dog, Nora. The owner spent hours chatting with her.
Annie was a midwife who often checked on the owner’s pregnancy. During lockdown, she visited after delivery, pretending she forgot her purse at work. Annie met baby Daisy first when visitors were restricted, and the owner will always remember this.
The daycare owner said Annie died too soon. They believe she will care for angel babies and sent love to her friends, family, and colleagues.
A friend posted online about heartbreak, writing, “Rest In Peace Annie.” Another person offered prayers for Annie’s family.
