Martin Edgar, 42, died after an attack in Coventry. A man faces charges in connection to the Hillfields incident.
Police found Martin seriously hurt on Waterloo Street around 4 am that Tuesday. They rushed Martin, age 42, to a hospital. He had severe head injuries and died Friday, February 14.
A 24-year-old man faces charges for wounding Martin on Thursday, February 13. The man is in custody and will appear at Coventry Crown Court tomorrow, February 17. Police will review the charge with the CPS.
