Popular French restaurant Côte Brasserie in Gloucester Quays will close its doors for good this Sunday after eight years of service.

The nearest Côte will now be in Cheltenham. The French restaurant was there nearly eight years. The team mentioned they feel sad about leaving. It was a community hub.
Located on Merchant Road, Côte was popular, and people loved their French food. Many locals will miss it, for sure. Côte sent customers an email recently, sharing news of the closing.
The email expressed how much they adored Gloucester. They said it was a home for almost eight years and thanked guests who dined there often. Sadly, their time there ended. Many memories were made at Côte Gloucester.
Other Côte restaurants stay open normally, including locations in Cheltenham, Cirencester and Worcester. They serve French food daily, closely following French traditions. Their menu offers a modern dining experience.
This closure follows TGI Friday’s closing last October. TGI Friday’s was also at the Quays, which was part of some closures. A Cheltenham branch closed too, and McDonald’s will replace that location.
