John Cain, age 50, from Launceston, had cocaine in London on May 12, 2023. He also assaulted two police officers on January 1, 2025. He must pay £50 compensation. He received a £200 fine and £85 costs.
Jonathan Allen, 53, of St Columb, refused a blood test after police suspected drunk driving on March 30, 224, in Newquay. He got a community order with a four-month curfew. He also received a 29-month driving ban and must pay £85 costs and a £114 surcharge.
Jason Squires, 49, from Par, drove with drugs on April 25, 2024, in St Austell. His blood had too much Benzoylecgonine and Cocaine. His car also had an exposed tire cord. He got a suspended sentence of 12 weeks for 12 months. He must do 20 days of rehab and 180 hours of work. He also got a 30-month driving ban, £85 costs, and a £154 surcharge.
Sarah Neale, 28, from Launceston, caused racial harassment involving a police officer in Plymouth on June 29, 2024. She also assaulted two people in Kelly Bray. Neale got a community order, needing 120 days of alcohol monitoring and 12 months of mental health treatment. She must do 140 hours of work and pay £250 compensation.
Andrew Archer, 37, from Landrake, broke a restraining order by being with a woman between October 17 and November 19, 2024. He broke the order again on December 22, 2024. The Plymouth Crown Court issued the order. Archer got a suspended sentence of eight weeks for 18 months, needing 30 days of rehab and 100 hours of work. He must also pay £85 in costs.
Thomas Williamson, 36, from Saltash, committed assault by beating a man in Camborne on July 29, 2024. He then forced his way into a building, knowing someone inside opposed him. He got a 12-month conditional discharge. Williamson also needs to pay £200 compensation, and there is a restraining order against contacting the victim.
Clive Harrison, 67, of Liskeard, was speeding, driving over 30 mph on April 15, 2024, in Calstock. He drove at 39 mph. He received three points on his license and also got a £92 fine.
