Italian Club Fish finds new life! Reopening at Duke Street Market, carrying the Bold Street spirit forward after its January closure.

The restaurant will reopen at Duke Street Market. This market has several independent food stalls. The new stall opened on March 3rd.
Marco Muscedere was the head chef, and Tom Basham was the manager. They wanted to keep the restaurant’s spirit alive. They decided to create a new version called Club Fish. They will use their past experience.
Anne Murphy manages Duke Street Market. She is happy to welcome Club Fish. She thinks it is a great opportunity. The stall will showcase the brand’s expertise in a creative environment.
The restaurant closed on January 13th. Staff shared an emotional statement online thanking customers and supporters. The restaurant had been on Bold Street since 2009. It was the only seafood place there.
Staff also thanked the management team, praising the food and service quality. The team ensured high quality. Many customers were sad about the closure and wished the team well.
Picar and Barnacle recently left the market and will now be in their new locations. Picar served Spanish small plates. Barnacle joined the Michelin guide in 2022. Inspectors liked the local flavors.
