Hey, guess what’s happening? Champney Treasure House is having a welcome day. It’s a chance to see the place for free.

The East Riding Council is hosting it. It’s on Saturday, February 15, to celebrate the reopening. Champney Treasure House is on Champney Road. You can learn about their services, and fun activities will be there too.

The event runs from 10 AM to 3 PM. They’ll have music via Arts Council England funding. The New York Brass Band will play in Beverley. Tess Fletcher, Casey Adam, and Laura Da Sousa will also perform. They’ll all be in the foyer.

Many cool things are planned for that day. You can make friendship bracelets at Beverley Library. Alex Bennett will help you make a treasure chest. Beverley Art Gallery has a kite-making workshop. A treasure trail is set for the Treasure House.

You can also create an Egyptian bookmark and try guessing mystery objects in the museum. East Riding Archives offers exploring the Minecraft Archiverse. Charlotte Eldred will draw illustrations in the tower. How cool is that?
