A car crashed near Eastbury Community School after a police chase. The driver pointed a gun before fleeing.

The car reportedly hit Eastbury Community School. A black Range Rover may have been the vehicle involved. Someone shared this information on Facebook, asking for witnesses to come forward.
After the crash, the man exited the car and pointed a handgun towards the police who had challenged him. No one fired any shots, and the man then ran away.
He ran into Hurstbourne Gardens, reportedly damaging property as he went through gardens behind some houses. Police arrested a 28-year-old man on Thursday, February 13.
He was arrested for firearm possession and intending to resist arrest. The police took him to a station, and he is still in custody.
Police started chasing the car after it failed to stop around 8:20 am on Saturday, February 8, in Barking. The chase ended when the car crashed on Hulse Avenue.
