A car crashed into Eastbury School after a police chase; suspect pointed a gun at officers before arrest.

Reportedly, the car, maybe a Range Rover, hit Eastbury School. A guy got out afterward and pointed a gun at the police. Nobody fired any shots, thank goodness.
The guy then ran into gardens nearby. He damaged things as he went, supposedly. Police arrested a 28-year-old guy on February 13th.
They think he had a gun and wanted to avoid arrest. He’s still in jail now. Police say the car chase began after the car didn’t stop near Barking on February 8th at 8:20 AM. The car then crashed.
The driver exited the vehicle. Officers challenged him after he exited. He responded by pointing a handgun at the police, then ran away.
The police arrested the 28-year-old man for having a firearm. Police suspect he planned to resist arrest, and he remains in custody as of now.
