Karl Hutchings, 47, faces murder charges. He is from Hill, Christchurch. He appeared in court today, February 19. Several people are connected to Julie’s case.
A man, 49, and woman, 42, were arrested. They are from Christchurch and helped an offender too. They were arrested on February 18 and police released them on bail.
