Driver Martin Asolo-Agogua is charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a Bexleyheath bus crash killed a 9-year-old.

Martin Asolo-Agogua, 23 years old, faces charges related to the girl’s death. He is charged with causing death by dangerous driving, along with a drug-related charge involving causing death by careless driving. The police charged him on Thursday, February 13.
Police and paramedics quickly arrived and discovered the two injured children. Both children were taken to a hospital, but Ada died on Monday, August 5. The boy was later released from the hospital.
Specialist officers are helping Ada’s family, who lived in the area where she attended a primary school. Ada was Turkish-British, and she also attended a Turkish school in South East London. She loved gymnastics and swimming.
Ada’s family made a generous decision to donate her organs, which helped six other children. Asolo-Agogua, who drove the bus, was arrested on the day of the crash due to suspected dangerous driving and drug use. He is currently out on bail and must go to court on March 24 at Bromley Magistrates’ Court.
