Sunderland AFC Fans Museum hit by burglars. Tills, computers stolen, and building severely damaged in the break-in.

They stole tills and computers too. The thieves seriously damaged the old building, which is a listed building, so even worse. Damage includes some original features inside. It has been there since 2018, you know.
Michael Ganley started the museum because he wanted to share football history. It’s full of cool stuff for fans, where people can see and try on items. He collected things for over thirty years.
Police got a report at 7 AM today. Sadly, this place has been a target before. The museum posted about the closure online and they will give updates later this week.
The post said they were broken into. Police investigate the serious damage and they hope to catch those responsible using CCTV. The museum apologized for the inconvenience.
Northumbria Police spoke about the break-in on North Bridge Street. A window was smashed during the burglary, resulting in the theft of tills and computers.
