Hey, I heard about this guy, Kyle Crossley. He’s 24. He did many break-ins over just two months. He said he had no money.

Police caught Kyle, and he said his life was awful. He did twelve raids, stealing stuff. One time, he stole electronics worth £5,000! People were even home sometimes.

He had just left prison, only eleven days before! He said he had no income and needed drugs, so he stole. The court sentenced him to two years and two months.

The judge was not happy, stating that burglaries make people feel unsafe. Kyle broke into a house in Handsworth, taking a laptop and some cards. He also stole a silver ring.

He then broke into a flat nearby, stealing monitors and an air fryer, along with a MacBook. The victim felt unsafe after that, and his friends stopped visiting him.

Kyle also stole keys from a house while people were there at that time! He took a phone and chocolate another time. He did one burglary in September and seven in October.

The police arrested Kyle later. He didn’t want to talk at first, saying he was homeless and hungry. He said life was awful and thought he’d be in jail a long time.

Kyle had been in jail before for selling drugs. His lawyer said the crimes were not planned, and that Kyle had no money after prison and couldn’t pay for his drug habit. Ultimately, he feels bad about what he did.
