Three brothers face bans for allegedly exploiting vulnerable homeless people in the city center area.

Fred’s brothers, Lucas Lamb and Joseph Lamb, also got similar orders. Police applied for these court orders last year, based on information suggesting the brothers hurt the homeless and allegedly exploited them for a while.
The order stops Fred and Lucas from entering the city center. Joseph also cannot enter the central area, except for pre-arranged medical appointments. A final court hearing will occur soon for them.
Breaking this order is a crime, leading to up to five years in prison. Police say Fred entered the city center four times, directly violating the court order as CCTV caught him on camera.
Fred appeared in court and admitted to breaking the order four times. Consequently, the court gave him a four-week prison sentence. Police say the orders protect vulnerable people and prevent harm to potential victims.
Police say the brothers’ behavior disturbed them, as they received reports of violence, threats, and demands for money. Authorities ask people to report any breaches of the order to protect vulnerable people.
