A 63 year old tourist was knocked unconscious by a security guard in Pattaya, Thailand, after an argument at a nightclub.
The event occurred at 11:30 PM on March 2 on Walking Street in South Pattaya, Thailand. The street is across from the XO club.
Police are looking into the incident by watching the video. The security guard, Sarawut, is thirty-three years old and reportedly punched Mr. C, a sixty-three-year-old tourist.
Sarawut claimed the tourist was drunk and tried to enter the venue. Sarawut denied him entry due to his state. The tourist got upset and argued.
Sarawut said the man kicked his groin, leading to a fight between them. Sarawut then went into an alley. The tourist followed and allegedly tried to attack. Sarawut then punched him in the face, and the tourist fell backward.
The punch knocked him down immediately. He lay on the ground for a few seconds while the security guard walked back to the club. Someone else is seen kicking the man while he lay prone.
Pattaya police gave the injured man first aid when they arrived. The man hit his head when he fell.
