Road work disrupts traffic around Bristol. Closures include Moor Lane, St George junction, and Cheltenham Road.

Moor Lane in Awkley closes for three weeks today. This road connects Awkley to Tockington. Crews will investigate drainage problems, including possible pipe or system repair and install. The closure ends March 3rd.
A St George junction will have road work all week. Kingsway and Rossiter’s Lane connect at the A431 Nags Head Hill junction. Kingsway closes today until Wednesday from A431 to the Sainsbury’s exit. Bristol City Council manages this work, and detours will use Kingsway Avenue and other roads. Rossiter’s Lane closes Thursday to Saturday from A431, then 15 meters southwest. The one-way system gets suspended, and detours will use Nicholas Lane.
Sleep Lane in Whitchurch closes for two days for manhole cover repair. Bristol Water will replace the cover today and tomorrow. The closure runs from Hamilton Way to Ennerdale House. Residents and businesses can still get access, but expect possible delays.
Cheltenham Road will have a partial closure for a railway bridge inspection, happening in two phases. Phase one closes northbound lanes tonight, and Cotham Brow also closes westbound from 9 PM to 5 AM. Phase two closes southbound lanes later, occurring Tuesday and Wednesday. Network Rail perform the bridge inspection.
Thornbury High Street will close on Saturday for the High Street Craft Fair. It closes between Castle Court and Chapel Street from 8 AM to 6 PM.
