A 15 year old boy has been hospitalized following a stabbing at school in East London three arrests have been made.
Police were called there around 12:33 pm. They found the boy with a leg wound. He had been stabbed, and police arrested three other boys, suspecting them of causing serious harm.
The injured boy went to the hospital. Thankfully, his injury wasn’t life-threatening. The hospital staff checked him out and said he should recover fully.
The school sent everyone home after this, and no other students got hurt. A school person spoke to ITV news, stating they are helping the injured boy’s family and wishing him well.
The school also stated that safety is vital and their staff handled things really well, following all the correct procedures. The school understands families are worried and updated families throughout the afternoon.
The police said they got a call about an assault that happened at a school near the park. They arrived and arrested three boys, believing they caused grievous bodily harm.
The police confirmed the boy went to the hospital with a stab wound in his leg. They also said the injury won’t change his life.
