Boxer Alexander Warren filmed letting his dog roam free, defying a police order after cat attacks and a past horse-spanking incident.

Warren’s black dog may be harming local cats. Videos show possible attacks in Brixton Market in mid-February. Police gave Warren a warning that his dog needs a leash in Lambeth and Southwark.
MyLondon will give video evidence to police showing a possible rule break filmed in Lambeth this week. Warren owns two dogs, but only the black dog needs a leash. He can walk his brown dog leash-free.
The police order started on February 24, with no exceptions. Breaking this order is a crime, possibly leading to arrest and court. A fine of £100 to £2,500 is possible.
Three more cat owners have now reported incidents but are afraid to share their names. Warren has a criminal past, admitting to assault and robbery. He also hurt a horse back in 2021 and last fought Daniel Dubois in 2017, where Dubois knocked him out fast.
One cat owner said their son let Mikho outside, and Warren’s black dog then attacked him. Mikho ran up a tree and was missing for twelve hours. He came back badly hurt, and his stomach was severely injured. Vets tried to save him, but Mikho sadly died after two days.
The video shows Warren walking his black dog without a leash in Brockwell Park. The leash order applies just to his black dog.
Other owners say Warren’s dog attacked their cats. One man watched his cat die at a pub in December after the dog snatched it off a table. Video exists of a heated argument with Warren.
Another owner said Warren took responsibility after a cat died near Larkhall Park. The same black dog had attacked the cat this February.
MyLondon has several pieces of evidence, including videos of attacks in Brixton Market and accounts of attacks near Warren’s flat. MyLondon knows about the Larkhall Park cat death. A video shows Warren’s dog off-leash, even after the order.
One owner said the community is very concerned from Brockwell Park to Brixton. People worry the dog could attack a person.
One owner stated the dog impacts many lives and could harm a child. She felt the police weren’t taking it seriously and believes the community is at risk.
She fears for her cats’ safety and said someone will get hurt soon. Warren lives by a school, and she believes this could prevent future attacks.
The RSPCA is very saddened by the cat deaths and is now looking into the matter. Police are aware of the leash order and will watch Warren for rule breaks. Local police are taking it seriously too.
MyLondon asked Warren for an interview several times, but he has not replied to them. Lambeth Council has also been asked for their comments.
