Ex-boxer faces accusations of letting his dog maul cats in Brixton. Traders fear for safety.
A video shows a dog with a cat in its jaws. People stood by, shocked. A cleaner asked Warren, 37, to stop. Warren asked, “What am I meant to do?” He shouted at the dog once, but it didn’t react. CCTV footage shows more. A dog grabbed a cat, shaking it violently. The cat screamed.

At his flat, two dogs matching the description barked and jumped against the door. Traders say cats controlled pests at the market. People befriended them. Now, traders and locals are panicked. A butcher said Warren walks by daily with unleashed dogs, which he says is very dangerous.
The butcher fears for children’s safety. He believes Warren must be stopped and would not want this person on the street. A cleaner saw a dog chase a cat into a store. He did not confront Warren. The cleaner feels Warren doesn’t care and nobody stops him.
He believes Warren should be called out for killing pets. Another butcher said the dogs sniff their meat; customers dislike this. A grocer saw the dog hunting cats under cars. Some street cleaners see Warren differently. They call him a good man with manners.
They say his tan dog is well-trained, but they call the black dog a “terrorist.” It runs off when Warren isn’t watching. Cleaners usually remove a dead cat every few weeks. They can tell if a car hit it. One cleaner, upset by the deaths, showed a photo and suspected a dog killed that cat, too.
Brockwell residents say Warren walks his loose dogs there. UK law doesn’t require leashes everywhere, but a sign outside Warren’s flat says dogs must be leashed. A dog is dangerously out of control if it injures someone. Causing fear of injury also counts. Attacking another animal is also dangerous, and the penalty can be a fine or jail time.
Warren sold puppies last May for £300 each. He described the parents’ breeds and claimed the pups were smart and partly trained. A photo suggests the black dog is male. The tan dog is female. In 2022, Warren was jailed for animal cruelty.
He hit a police horse at a rally. The judge called him an aggressive protest leader. Warren had previous convictions. Warren boxed against Daniel Dubois in 2017. Dubois knocked him out quickly.
