A bomb threat at Donald Trump’s hotel in Co. Clare prompted a police investigation; the hotel was not evacuated.

Trump claimed Ukraine started the war with Russia oddly. This was the same day as the threat. Also, US officials met with Russians in Saudi Arabia then. They discussed ending the conflict. Ukraine was not at that meeting, strangely enough.
The hotel wasn’t emptied, a source stated. It’s closed for the winter season now, too. Police searched the area, even using a dog. They found nothing, fortunately.
The bomb squad wasn’t called; it wasn’t needed. They think it was just a threatening phone call. Police know about an incident in Munster. They won’t say if it was Doonbeg directly, though. Sources confirmed it was the Trump hotel, actually.
There was recently another threat in the area too. Schools got a scary email around a week ago. The sender said they would attack with many guns. They planned a big attack. Police think that email was a hoax, though. Some schools in Clare closed at that time.
Police won’t comment on security details in particular. They know about the letter at the commercial place. Police continue to investigate the letter’s message. There was also a past threat at the hotel late last year. Someone sent them a threatening letter.
