Police seek a car driver after a scooter rider was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash on Pershore Road, Birmingham.

It happened on Pershore Road on Wednesday around 2:45 PM. The road at Edgbaston was blocked for hours between two junctions.
Police and an ambulance arrived at the scene. Paramedics helped a man and rushed him to a hospital under lights and sirens.
