Cops are looking for a driver following a crash in Birmingham where a scooter rider got hurt. The crash looks like a hit-and-run.

It happened on Pershore Road on Wednesday around 2:45 PM. The road at Edgbaston was blocked for hours between two junctions.

Police and an ambulance arrived at the scene. Paramedics helped a man and rushed him to a hospital under lights and sirens.

The ambulance service confirmed the time and stated that a car and scooter crashed on Pershore Road in Birmingham on Wednesday. They said the man’s injuries were serious, but not life-threatening. He was quickly taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

West Midlands Police are seeking a car driver in connection to the hit-and-run accident, which involved a scooter rider and a car. The police stated that someone called them about the crash on Pershore Road a bit after 2:45 PM on Wednesday, and the man went to the hospital.
