Harlem Karma found ten dead sheep near Kendal, Cumbria. He thinks a “Beast of Cumbria” killed them. He said he saw a leopard-sized cat there.

He saw a black leopard jump a stone wall last year. Others reported seeing a similar animal since 2011. He grew up hearing stories like the Loch Ness monster. People have reported big cat sightings for decades.

They describe black panthers, leopards, lynxes, and caracals. This created a legend of a beast. He learned about the field and found dead sheep. The smell was awful, like rotting flesh.

He thinks the neck wounds show a big cat attack. Cumbria’s landscape helps big cats hide. Reports often describe a large black cat there. Solid proof is scarce in Cumbria, he noted.

Harlem wants real evidence of the creatures. However, he wants to protect their specific locations. He plans to interview people for a film. He wants to make the claims more believable.

Comedians Nish Kumar and Josh Widdicombe looked into it. It was for their show called “Hold the Front Page.” Nish said they talked to local people. Josh said it is hard to find evidence of the cat. He said a strong, factual case is difficult to build.
