Bellway Homes wants to build houses. They want to build 138 homes in Harworth. The company sent plans to the local council.

This project is a small part of a bigger plan. The larger plan includes over 1,300 homes, and the council approved it back in 2021. This new build is just phase 3D of that project.

Some houses will have three bedrooms, with sixty-one homes being three-bedroom houses. Seventy-seven houses will have four bedrooms. All homes will have two floors, and the houses will look similar to others nearby.

People can enter the area from the north. There will be paths connecting different areas, and houses will have paths to their gardens with some houses sharing driveways.

Other builders are also working there. Jones Homes will build 71 homes, and Kier Living will build 125 homes. These homes will exist near the entrance on Scrooby Road. Miller Homes and Harron Homes are on site now, having started building in 2022.

Harron Homes plans to add 65 more homes. The council will decide about the application later.
