Margaret says Stephen got in a white car with a woman near her home on Mona Bypass. She hasn’t heard from him since then. He’s had substance abuse issues and gotten into debt. Now, she fears for his wellbeing.
She hasn’t spoken to him in twelve days. Stephen had been in the city center recently. She doesn’t know if anyone has seen him there lately.
Police won’t issue a missing person appeal. They say it’s due to Stephen’s “wanted” status. Margaret desires assistance discovering her son.
“Just a phonecall to know he is alive” is all she wants. She asks anyone to tell the police where he might be.
