Fed up Birmingham barber vows legal action against persistent fly-tippers amid rat infestation near his shop.

Trash and old fridges are dumped at Moseley Road and Vincent Street. The pavement has waste by full bins. Mohammed installed CCTV cameras and put up a sign about fines, but people still dump waste.
He shared a TikTok video, saying he would take fly-tippers to court. Mohammed has owned the barbershop since 2012, and the fly-tipping has lasted over a year.
He caught people in the act and feels no one is helping. Some flat residents may lack bins, so they bring waste to his shop’s area. People dump at night and police provided information for his sign.
Mohammed said he reported fly-tippers many times and thinks older people are doing it. The trash smells bad, and he gets complaints. Rats are also damaging his shop building.
The council removes waste monthly after complaints, however, more trash appears again. A van from another area dumps there and they saw no action being taken for a year.
