New Warrington bar, named after darts star Luke Littler, asked to change its name due to trademark issues.

Luke Littler became famous for his darts prowess, becoming the youngest player to win a major championship. The bar owner, Owen Williams, even hoped Luke would visit the new establishment. People participated in selecting the bar name through a Facebook vote.
The new bar is slated to replace Religion Coffee, which is relocating inside a shopping center. Owen Williams, who also owns The Tank Bar, subsequently received a warning from lawyers regarding the planned name.
Luke Littler’s legal representatives sent a formal letter stating that “Nuke” is a trademarked name. As a result, they requested the bar choose an alternative name. The bar initially addressed the issue through a Facebook post.
The bar’s initial reaction suggested they believed Luke would appreciate the recognition. They encouraged people to tag him in social media posts related to the bar. However, they are now proceeding with renaming the bar after receiving numerous inquiries and concerns.
Currently, they are conducting a new Facebook poll to solicit name suggestions from the public. The leading suggestion at this stage is Bar 180. Moreover, the bar intends to offer affordable drinks, karaoke nights, and live sports broadcasts.
