Fundraiser for twin sisters who tragically died in River Dee surpasses target. Family expresses gratitude.

The sisters were triplets, their brother being the third triplet. The women vanished on January 7th, and their bodies were found on January 31st. The fundraiser, organized by Anita Vida, reached £7,870.
Anita thanked everyone for their kindness, stating that the donations would help a lot. The fundraiser closed on March 4th, and after fees, the family received approximately £7,200.
Organizers said the loss of the sisters is heartbreaking, adding that any donation could ease the family’s burden. The family needs support and compassion. Their death certificates say they drowned.
The sisters’ landlord reported them missing after they texted that they would not return. Relatives did not know about their immediate plans. Police had stopped river searches earlier.
Officers found nothing suspicious. Miklos Huszti, the sisters’ father, thinks someone killed his daughters. He believes they did not kill themselves, mentioning the strange text message.
Police saw their belongings, noting that Eliza’s phone stayed at the flat. Miklos thinks they were lured to the river. He had lost contact with his daughters earlier, after they moved to Scotland.
The sisters spoke to their brother and called their mother three days before their disappearance. They talked on New Year’s Eve, and that call gave no cause for worries.
