A supermarket worker in Aberdeen helped a student. The student had a seizure while shopping. Craig Noble manages operations at Asda Aberdeen Beach. Costas, his colleague, noticed the student collapse. He asked Craig for help right away.

The student was buying food for university. He suddenly lost consciousness in the store. Craig used to be a nurse, and he and a customer rushed to help. That customer was a retired army paramedic.

They quickly used their medical skills. Craig asked someone to call for an ambulance and they put the student in the recovery position. They treated the student’s bleeding wounds and supported him until paramedics came.

Craig said it was a shock, but he was glad he could help. Another customer also had medical experience, and they helped until paramedics took over. The student and his partner thanked Craig, and his parents sent a card.
