French bulldog found abandoned in Willenhall park with severe health issues, believed to be due to breeding.

Someone found this poor dog in bad shape around 1:20 pm on Tuesday, February 11. The dog had a bleeding issue, part of her body was hanging out, her nails were very long, and she also had a skin problem.
The kind person took her home and contacted the RSPCA right away. The RSPCA wants to know her history and find the person who left her. She was neglected badly.
The RSPCA officer, George Mackie, was upset and said it was heartbreaking to see her. The weather was so cold when she was found, and he rushed the dog to a vet for help.
The dog had a microchip, but it wasn’t registered, so they don’t know where she came from. She couldn’t walk on her own to that spot; someone must have left her there.
If you recognize her or know anything, please call the RSPCA at 0300 123 8018. Mention incident number 01446990. They really hope to learn more about what happened.
