The crash involved two cars and occurred near Laurencekirk around 10:20 AM on February 12th. Emergency crews responded quickly.
Someone was flown to the hospital by helicopter, and another person went by ambulance. The ambulance service sent many vehicles after receiving a call about the wreck at 10:22 AM for a crash on the A90 near Laurencekirk.
The ambulance service sent much help, including special teams and a trauma crew, and an air ambulance. One person went to Ninewells Hospital by road, and the other patient went to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary via air ambulance for fast transport.
The road was closed for about 21 hours between Laurencekirk and North Water Bridge, reopening at 7:20 AM today, February 13th. Police Scotland shared an update stating the A90 near Laurencekirk is now open following the car crash on Wednesday, February 12th, at 10:20 AM.
