If you are heading eastbound, here’s your detour. Take the third exit at Turfdown Roundabout, which puts you onto Turfdown Road. At the next roundabout, go onto the B3268 and keep going onto the B3269 road.
Turn left onto the A390 at the T-junction and head toward Liskeard. Travel on the A390 for about seven miles. This will take you to the roundabout with the B3254. Find the Twelvewoods roundabout and rejoin the A38.
If you are going westbound, use this detour. At Twelvewoods Roundabout, take the second exit, which goes in the A390 direction itself. Turn right onto the B3269 after Lostwithiel. Continue onto the B3268 slowly.
