Chef’s Table by Josh Barnes, a tiny Yorkshire restaurant, celebrates a major win with three AA Rosettes.

The restaurant opened less than a year ago, and Michelin Guide has already recognized Chef’s Table. Every meal celebrates Yorkshire’s ingredients; the rosettes acknowledge their great food and providing relaxed, fantastic dining.
AA Rosette Awards elevate restaurants, signifying national acclaim for culinary skill. Simon Numphud praised the outstanding restaurants that showcase the best of British food, and he congratulated the dedicated chefs and teams.
Chef’s Table is located on the Swinton Estate, which covers 20,000 acres, offering guests the opportunity to stay, eat, and relax. Michelin Guide had recognized the restaurant prior to this award as well.
Josh Barnes aims for a unique dining experience by creating an ever-changing feast of Yorkshire cuisine. This brings a special experience to diners, as the menu changes weekly to maintain its freshness.
Chef’s Table accommodates only twelve seats per service, allowing Josh to prepare each course in front of diners, culminating in a meal that includes eight different courses.
