Charity shop offers life skills training to recovering addicts, providing clothing and work experience.

Jeans, jumpers, and coats are there, as well as T-shirts. Clothes get organized by size and hang on racks at the Loughborough store. Clients pick clothes for themselves and learn valuable skills. They will wash, iron and care for clothing.
The charity’s leader is Richard Spence. He says men arrive with little stuff; many have few clothes, in fact. The clothes shop gives them clothing, and new arrivals get clean clothes to wear. They also get clothes during their program stay.
Residents change shape as they get healthy. The men rebuild their health as time passes, and they can swap clothes for different sizes. This helps them get a better fit.
The charity needs clothes donations, as well as rails and hangers. Irons and ironing boards would help too. You can call 01509 767550 to donate.
